This phase includes constant monitoring and communication. We work closely with our clients and external providers to ensure that budgets are kept to and we will keep costs as low as possible without compromising our quality of work. We will schedule a start date as soon as a quote is accepted and if the project requires one, we will produce an estimated schedule of works. If required, we will liaise with Building Control.
Our dedicated team of qualified tradesmen will work together in line with the schedule of works to effectively deliver the project in a timely manner. Communication is key at all stages and we will ensure the client and all relevant third parties are kept up to date with progress and any necessary amendments to the schedule.
On larger projects we will have weekly meetings with the client to run through the schedule and evaluate progress. Building Control will be on site at the relevant stages to inspect and sign off completed phases throughout the journey of the project.
After the contruction work has been completed we will ensure a full site cleanup, waste removal, system training (if relevant) and final inspection. Following this we will have a final walkthrough with the client to ensure your complete satisfaction. If required for the project an Electrical / Gas / Building Control certificate will be issued to the client following completion.
